Our Investment Focus

  1. We invest in early-stage companies (pre-Seed and Seed) for which Mexico/LatAm is a core part of their business model, yet also have a global vision for solving a worthy problem with their products or services.
  2. Key criteria are team, technology fundamentals, market size and global ambitions.
  3. Focus technology sectors are: AI/Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT/Connected Devices, Augmented and Virtual Reality
  4. Focus Industries are: FinTech, Enterprise/SaaS, MedTech, EdTech and E-commerce

Funding Criteria

MITA Ventures makes investments in early-stage technology and Internet startups that demonstrate the potential to disrupt their market. We primarily explore investments with technology companies developed by Mexican entrepreneurs, or those which will expand into the Mexican and Latin American markets – but being of a global mindset, we are open to all opportunities.
